Classes

Why come to Tai Chi? I think there are three reasons: to learn a beautiful art; to learn about our bodies; and to improve our health. I also believe that Tai Chi should be pleasurable – it should feel good in the body. If this all sounds appealing then our Tai Chi classes could be for you.

Please note that whilst you can pay-as-you-go, classes are NOT DROP-IN for new students. We’ve tried it and it just doesn’t work. We try to take in beginners a couple of times a year. If you want to be informed, please give us your email address. You can email us at info ‘at’ norfolktaichiacademy.org (replace ‘at’ with @).

If you have done Mr Moy’s Tai Chi before get in touch about joining one of our existing classes.
