It is a complete, whole-body exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What style of Tai Chi do you teach?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We teach the Tai Chi and related arts brought to the West by Moy Lin-Shin (1931-1998). Master Moy modified the Tai Chi that he learnt from his teachers to maximise the health benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is Tai Chi for?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tai Chi is for everyone except children, who are already brimming over with vitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tai Chi and Health<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tai Chi can maintain or even improve your health in a broad sense. In the Chinese view, health is about much more than cardiovascular fitness or having strong muscles; health is about good circulation in all the systems of your body.
